In the early days of AAUW/Logan County, many meetings were held in the ballroom of the MacGillivray Law Office. Members tell wonderful stories of being there. The November 2008 meeting will give all of us a chance to meet in a lovely, unexpected venue. It will also give members and guests a learning experience...

Do you remember a certain category from last year's Trivia Bee--"Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend"? Well, those who participated in the Bee know how miserably they did on that category. It's time to get educated! Libby Allison from Allison's Custom Jewelry in Sidney will present a great program on gem stones--what to look for in stones, settings, etc.

Desserts, coffee, and punch will be served.

It's also a Happy Bucks Night!
