Join the Logan County AAUW for our annual December program. We will have the opportunity to relax in a wonderful restaurant while learning about our own local dairy, named Ohio's leading producer in fresh artisan cheese. Expect to see a demonstration of mozzarella making and learn about the Blue Jacket Dairy from rural Bellefontaine. Refreshments and samples will be provided. Wine will be available at a charge, and other small refreshments will be available from Chattan Loch.

Blue Jacket Dairy is a fully-licensed Ohio creamery that transforms high quality milk into fresh (non-aged) and aged cheeses. Blue Jacket is a family-owned and operated business.
