For more than 30 years, women in Logan County have been coming together to improve education and equity for women and girls. Through fundraising, a diverse membership and relevant programming, the Logan County Branch has become a valuable group in the community.
In 2004, AAUW/Logan County was one of only three Ohio branches awarded "gold status" under the Association's 21st Century Recognition Program!
Meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at various locations in the county.
AAUW - Advancing equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, and researchThese are our current branch bylaws edited for mandatory changes made at the national convention last June. All words highlighted in yellow will be deleted and word printed in blue will be added. These changes do not require a vote of the membership. IF anyone sees any other wording they would like to propose as a change, please send that suggestion to Carol Parker, branch bylaws chair by March 1st.
The document is downloadable as a word file and will be available until March 1st.
For current and prospective Logan County AAUW members, our branch membership book is now available on our website. Keep up on future meeting dates, times, and topics, as well as branch history and bylaws. If it has to do with Logan County AAUW, you'll find it here!
